St Hallett focusses on crafting full-flavoured, textured wines entirley from Barossa fruit. An accessible fruit driven wine.


St Hallett is a Barossa producer renowned for their luscious shiraz. Last year they took out two trophies in the Great Australian Shiraz Challenge for their St Hallett Gamekeepers Shiraz Cabernet 2008.
 
Their success is made possible by a rich resource of wonderful old vines, long-term relationships with growers and the winemakers’ experience and intimate approach to each individual parcel of fruit from the vineyard, through the winery to the final wine. 
 
The St Hallett team focus on getting the most out of the aged vines and exploring the subregional differences by picking and keeping separate over 200 different parcels of Shiraz each vintage.  This unrivalled dedication to guarding the integrity of individual parcels is in order to meticulously tailor fermentation and maturation to each.  The diversity of these parcels allows the team to constantly evolve and adapt techniques not only from vintage to vintage but also parcel by parcel and is ultimately critical to the complexity and differentiation of St Hallett’s three expressions of Barossa Shiraz: ‘Faith’, ‘Blackwell’ and ‘Old Block’.
St Hallett is equally reputed for its Riesling from the Eden Valley for which it has won six trophies over the past three vintages while its sibling blends – Poacher’s Blend and Gamekeeper’s Reserve are consistently acclaimed Barossa favourites.

St Hallett Gamekeeper's Reserve
Every Poacher needs a Gamekeeper!  The companion to our bright and zesty Poacher’s Blend.  St Hallett Gamekeeper’s Reserve is packed with Shiraz and Grenache and – unique in its own way like Poacher’s Blend – it includes a tiny proportion of Touriga National in the mix giving it a floral and spice finish.

St Hallett Faith Shiraz
St Hallatt Faith is a vibrant and expressive example of Barossian Shiraz.  An accessible, fruit driven wine Faith’s vibrant yet d3ense purple hue hints at the generosity of fruit within.

St Hallett Blackwell Shiraz
As St Hallett reserve Shiraz.  Blackwell is big and bold.  It exudes all the power and brooding density that the Barossa has to offer.  A big bold Shiraz bound to impress.
