In association with the Sydney International Food Festival, Patisse is delighted to announce a forthcoming selection of cooking classes. With the dinner party season on its way, Patisse is kicking off September with Dolce Italiano and The Art of Pastry Repeat. Mangiare bene!

Patisse is thrilled to announce its program for cooking classes for the rest of this year.
Dolce Italiano on September 2, is designed for those who love all things Italian with old favourites such as cannoli and tiramisu. The incredibly popular, The Art of Pastry Repeat, is back on September 15, to provide grounding in pastry (from short to puff) that no cook can live without. The classes cover a range of topics from the fundamentals of pastry such as learning different pastry types, to creating gifts and treats for the festive season.
