The team at Patisse are delighted to welcome renowned Chef Vincent Gadan as their newly appointed Executive Chef. Direct from the pastry kitchens of Guilliaume at the Sydney Opera House’s Bennelong, Vincent will be creating amazing sweet treats & French favourites.

Meet Vincent in person by visiting Patisse or for a more intense introduction to this amazing Chef, join us for one of our extraordinary cooking classes.
