Mornings with Kerry Anne for Bastille Day, proved to be a huge success with Patisse Executive Chef, Vincent Gadan. On return to Patisse in Waterloo, Vincent was the recipient of a deluge of calls from customers eager to join one of his much sought after pastry making classes.
This is nothing new for Vincent who has found, since starting at Patisse in February 2010, that his pastry classes are bursting to the brim with foodies eager to learn the “Art of Pastry”
Vincent is keen to share his mastery and love of French pastry with the public and hosts bi-monthly hands-on cooking classes from the Patisse kitchen. Due to the unprecedented demand there will two Macaroon classes held over the coming months!
